SEALPEX® 500 S - Boulenger

SEALPEX 500 S is a single-component waterproofing resin designed for horizontal surfaces. Applied in a single coat at 1.8 to 2.2 kg/m², using a roller or notched trowel, followed by a pass with a spiked roller, it forms a seamless, joint-free membrane, ensuring total waterproofing. Its single-component formulation simplifies preparation and reduces the risk of dosing errors on site.

Offered in 12.5 kg packaging, this resin is suitable for terraces, flat roofs, balconies and flat structures exposed to rainwater and weathering. Its thick single-coat application optimises intervention times while ensuring long-lasting protection. The spiked roller removes air bubbles and evens out the thickness for a uniform membrane.

Within the Sealpex 500 system, 500 S resin provides the main waterproofing layer. Combined with 500 P primer and 500 F finishing varnish, it forms a complete, certified system for waterproofing residential, commercial or industrial buildings.
