Sealpex 500 TX is a single-component thixotropic resin designed for waterproofing details, upstands and geometrically complex areas. Its thixotropic consistency allows it to stay in place on vertical surfaces and corners without running, ensuring controlled and precise application. It is applied in two coats with a 50 g/m² SEALPEX VR reinforcement fleece inserted between each pass.
With a consumption rate of 2.4 to 3 kg/m², it provides enhanced protection where mechanical stress and cracking risks are highest: joints, connections, pipe penetrations and around structural elements. Available in 6 kg and 12.5 kg packaging, it is suitable for both small targeted areas and larger-scale projects.
The reinforcement fleece integrated into the two-coat system gives the membrane increased resistance to tensile stress and deformation. Sealpex 500 TX perfectly complements 500 S and 500 F resins to form a complete, controlled and durable waterproofing system across the entire structure, including its most sensitive areas.
