Transparent single-component primer for concrete preparation. The essential base of a high-performance waterproofing system.
Sealpex 500 P is a transparent single-component primer specially formulated for preparing concrete substrates before the application of a waterproofing system. Applied by roller at a consumption rate of 0.3 kg/m², it penetrates the substrate to consolidate it and optimise the adhesion of the subsequent waterproofing layer. An optional dusting of calibrated dry sand 0.4/0.8 mm makes it possible to adapt the preparation to the characteristics of the substrate.
Supplied in 5 kg packaging, this primer is the essential first step in a high-performance liquid waterproofing system. It ensures perfect bonding between the concrete and the waterproofing resin, preventing delamination and problematic rising damp. Its transparency makes it easy to visually check the distribution and coverage of the substrate.
Designed for new-build or renovation projects, Sealpex 500 P effectively prepares horizontal and vertical surfaces. It contributes to the long-term performance of the complete Sealpex 500 system by creating the ideal technical interface between the substrate and the waterproof protection.
