Sealpex 500 F is a single-component finishing coating designed to be applied over the waterproofing layer of the Sealpex 500 system. With a consumption of only 0.150 kg/m², it forms a protective film that seals the membrane while giving it a finished appearance and resistance to UV, abrasion, and chemical attack.
Offered in 5 kg packaging, this finishing coating provides long-lasting protection for the waterproofing system against premature ageing as well as mechanical damage caused by traffic and pedestrian use of the surfaces.
It gives the structure a uniform, neat aesthetic finish while enhancing its durability.
Colourless as standard, it can be supplied tinted on request to blend in with the architectural environment.
For an even more decorative finish, coloured quartz grains can be broadcast onto a first coat of coating, then a second protective coat can be applied. This application method delivers a high-quality decorative coloured quartz finish, combining elegance and resistance.
The 500 F finishing coat completes the Sealpex 500 system by ensuring the durability and long-term performance of the waterproofing. It complements the 500 P primer and the 500 S resin to form a certified, coherent, and proven system for all types of horizontal structures.
